Graduate in Law and Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the University of Malaga. She completed her training with a Master’s degree in Tax Advice and Taxation.

Her areas of specialisation cover Tax Law, Business Law and Private International Law.

She provides legal advice on business matters such as company incorporations, dissolutions, winding up, change of directors, director remunerations etc. She is also specialised in managing tax matters internationally, especially in relation to changes of tax residence, tax, wealth and estate planning.

Sara is responsible for income tax returns for non-resident physical and legal persons, her areas of specialisation cover the following: (imputation of income, rentals, Increased Wealth after the sale of properties, etc.).

Her experience covers Spanish and international tax advice focused on companies in a variety of sectors as well as private clients.

Few pleasures are comparable to that of spending your free time between the pages of a book with a good cup of tea. Perhaps watching a film in the cinema with a packet of popcorn. Travel is another of my great passions. The world is like a book, and those who don’t travel only read one page.
