We manage the cancellation of mortgages due to early payment or full amortisation, organising the notarial cancellation deed and registering the cancellation with the corresponding land registry to release the mortgage charge on the property. We manage novations and changes in the terms and conditions of the loan with the banks and the change of mortgage to another bank, cancelling the existing mortgage and signing a new mortgage in its place. As needed, we manage assignments in payment of debt, transferring the property to the bank as a form of payment for the debt owed.
