Jorge has been a member of Lexland Abogados since 2005 and since that time he has managed numerous case files smoothly and successfully for our clients.
As the manager, he is responsible for the administration and processing of deeds of sale and mortgage cancellations.
His commitment and dedication extends beyond those formalities, as he is a specialist in registering documents with the land registry, settling municipal tax on the increase in value of urban lands (plusvalía), registration certificates, hiring, change of title, and direct debits for utilities, management of NIEs, Green cards, EU and non-EU residence certificates, non-tax resident certificates, among many others.

I love travelling and exploring different cultures, and I enjoy sharing my experiences with family and friends. I adore music, I find inspiration in the melodies and lyrics.
