Graduate in Labour Relations
She has a degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from the University of Malaga. She completed her training as a University Expert in Administration and Finance as well as various courses related to Labour Law. Member of the College of Graduates in Labour Relations of Malaga and Melilla.
She specialises in Labour Law and Social Security Law and Human Resources matters.
She provides legal advice on labour and social security legislation, in particular in relation to dismissals, integral human resources management, social benefits, legal representation in labour inspections and mediations and counsel for the defence at any type of proceedings in the labour courts. She is also responsible for employment advice for our clients.
With wide experience in important roles in well-regarded companies and experience in public bodies (Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social - Spain’s social security institute) Her experience covers employment advice for Spain and abroad, focused on companies in a variety of sectors, domestic workers and private clients.
Cristina can advise clients in English and Spanish.
