Cookies Policy


In compliance with Article 22 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (Spanish acronym – LSSI) in relation to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (Spanish acronym – LOPDGDD), LEXLAND MARBELLA, S.L. hereinafter, LEXLAND MARBELLA, makes its cookies policy available to users.


  • What are cookies?


Cookies are small data files that a web server stores on your browser when you visit a website. There are many types of cookies.   • Personalisation cookies: these allow users to access the service with some general preset characteristics according to a series of criteria established by the user, such as, for example, the language, or type of browser used to connect to this website. 
  • Analysis or performance cookies: these allow the party in charge of the cookies to monitor and analyse the behaviour of users on the websites to which they are linked, including quantifying the impacts of the advertisements. The information collected with this type of cookies is used to measure activity on the website, application or platform for the purpose of making improvements depending on the analysis of the data on the way users use the service. 
  • Behavioural advertising cookies: they store information on user behaviour obtained through ongoing observation of their browsing habits, so a specific profile can be developed to show advertising according to behaviour.


  1. According to their duration:


  • Session cookies: these are designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website. They are usually used to store information that is only of interest for providing the service requested by the user on a single occasion (e.g. a list of products purchased) and they disappear when the session ends. 
  • Persistent cookies: they remain on the terminal and can accessed and processed for a period defined by the entity responsible for the cookie and can range from a few minutes to several years.
